John Michael Greer's Biography

John Michael Greer is among today's most widely respected authors in the fields of occultism, nature spirituality, and the future of industrial society. The author of more than thirty books, including the bestselling The Druidry Handbook, he is also the author of the weekly peak oil blog The Archdruid Report. He serves as Grand Archdruid of the Ancient Order of Druids in America (AODA), a religious order of contemporary Druid nature spirituality, and he is also active in the Golden Dawn tradition and in a variety of other magical paths ranging from old-fashioned Southern conjure to classical Renaissance astrological magic. He lives in Cumberland, MD, with his wife Sara.
