Phillip Williams is the founder and principal of Williams Church Consulting Group (WCCG). WCCG is a ministry of church growth development, designed to assist churches in developing strong infrastructure through identifying the God-given gifts of each believer. Currently, I serve as Chaplain Supervisor for CHRISTUS Homecare, San Antonio, TX, a writer and author of thirteen publications and member of the Board of Governors for Rockbridge Seminary.
Phillip Williams coordinate and supervise the work assignments of staff chaplains. Assist the chaplains in the conduct of spiritual assessments for integration with other disciplines for plans of care (POC). Further, consults with and educates the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) members and patients for integration and involvement of clergy and lay leaders of the religious community for spiritual care. Conducts bereavement care services, funerals and memorial services at the request families and or survivors.
